FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions business owners ask before starting.

How much does a small-business website cost?

NDWS plans start at $29 per month and include the website build with no setup fee. We agree on the pages, features, and any outside service costs before work begins.

Can I take the website to another provider?

The monthly service does not transfer the website to you. Website buyouts start at $1,200 for Basic or cost $2,899 for other plans. Proprietary customer portals are excluded, and another developer is needed to set up the transferred site. Domain and account arrangements are reviewed before you start.

Can the website grow into a business system?

Yes. Lead capture, booking, estimates, customer portals, and reporting can be introduced in phases without turning the first launch into an oversized project.
