EDITORIAL POLICY
Useful answers, reviewed against real implementation work.
New Diamond Web & Systems publishes articles to help small-business owners make better website and system decisions. Search visibility is a distribution benefit, not permission to publish a page that does not help the reader.
Who creates the content
Articles are written and reviewed by the NDWS team. Topics stay within the work we offer: web design, local search foundations, bilingual customer experiences, client portals, CRM, booking, automation, and connected business systems.
How articles are produced
We begin with a customer question, identify the decision behind it, draft a direct answer, document tradeoffs and failure cases, and verify claims against implementation experience and primary documentation when current technical guidance matters. Automation may assist research or editing, but NDWS reviews the visible final article and remains responsible for it.
Local content standards
Location pages describe real service coverage and distinct market considerations. We do not claim offices, addresses, staff, reviews, or local presence that do not exist. We do not publish city-name swaps as standalone local expertise.
Updates and corrections
Substantive updates receive a new modified date. We do not change dates merely to make old content appear fresh. If you find an inaccurate business or technical statement, please contact NDWS with the page and correction.
Scope and guarantees
Blog content is general educational information, not a project proposal, legal advice, compliance certification, security guarantee, or promise of search rankings. Project-specific decisions require discovery and a written scope.
