What you’re paying for, and what happens if you cancel.

Is building my website included?

Yes. Every monthly plan includes the website build. There is no setup fee. We agree on the pages and features for your plan before work begins.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancelling ends your whole service, including the hosted website, customer portal access, and ongoing support. The monthly plan does not transfer the website to you. If you want to move the website elsewhere, arrange a separate buyout before ending service.

Can I buy the website and move it elsewhere?

Yes. Website buyouts start at $1,200 for Basic ($29/month). The buyout is $2,899 for any other plan. Only the website is transferred. Customer portals are proprietary and are not included. You will need another developer to set up the transferred site and make it work with separate hosting.

Are outside service fees included?

Payment processing, paid software, and message usage can have separate fees. We identify the outside services your project needs and explain their costs before you agree to them.
